The SilverBack engagement process for clients involves the following steps:
- Consultation on market intelligence, hiring trends and talent targets
- Proposal to client – advisory on a hiring request or proactively introducing quality candidate/prospect
- Negotiate fees/T&Cs
- Advertise/promote role to candidate pool
- Interview candidates
- Introduce recommended candidates to client; target 3-5 prospects
- Advise/consult with client and candidates through process
- Client contracts with selected candidate
- SilverBack fee invoiced post notice period/ on commencement day of employment
