SilverBack Connects is a recruitment consultancy. The service offer is the placement of people in the financial services market with a particular focus on fintech.

The SilverBack team is highly experienced with a deep knowledge of emerging technologies in financial services. Our principal over a 25 year career in Tokyo, Hong Kong, London and Dublin has set up a boutique investment banking franchise, managed a quants research analytics team for a UK investment bank, developed financial publishing solutions and built quants analytics software for institutional investment managers.

SilverBack’s regular contact with a large number of companies developing fintech solutions provides our clients with world class thought leadership on the latest technologies being adopted in the market and the talent required to deliver and apply those technologies.

SilverBack is focused on finance and technology but the roles we successsfully fill cover a wide range of functions, from business development to programming expertise.
